低於平均 I checked in with my infant and after unpacking all of our items from the suitcase I opened the door for the fridge and noticed a syringe laying under the fridge door. I tried many times to contact the front desk from the phone in the room and messaged the number that they left to contact. No one answered or returned my text. I walked down to the lobby and they gave me a new room. No compensation for the terrible experience of checking in.
I requested a crib for my baby before I got to the hotel. And they mentioned it when I checked in but it was already 10 pm and the crib had still not been delivered. I had already been at the hotel for 4 hours. I called the front desk again and they finally picked up the phone and reminded them to deliver the crib. It was already 2 hrs past my babies bedtime. Terrible service. Staff never contacted me again for all the issues that I reported. Will never stay at this place again.

低於平均 Very 60s used rusty property. Poorly renovated and maintained. Staff doesn’t appear to have been trained on what customer service looks like. Haughty, lazy and just plain out of touch with service expectations. They fit right in with the entitled Berkeley world view.
Wouldn’t stay again if my life depended on it.

很好 The Marina view king room was excellent. Highly recommend. Felt safe walking around the marina. Pool is awesome. Would definitely go back.
