極佳 The premises and the room were generally clean. However there was a sticky patch on the cabinet and a tiny dirty patch on the sheets so wasn’t sure if the room was cleaned well. The coffee machine was dusty. But it was only a night stay so we just ignored the tiny bit of overlook. Breakfast was good as well.

Staff was ok, but the room I had booked smelled like chemicals. Someone sprayed a whole can of disinfectant to cover up some other stench. We tried to opening the windows but it did not help at all. When I asked to switch to another room because I’m pregnant and cannot be smelling those fumes they were able to accommodate me but said only for one night and I’d have to check out the next morning even though I had booked for two nights. They also refuse to refund me for the other night I didn’t get to stay because they didn’t have a room available. Definitely do not recommend this establishment

The location was very centralized to local spots. The young lady at the front desk could be more personable, she was short when I asked her questions the day I was checking in. Customer service was obviously her short coming.
