My & husband l stayed in a deluxe room newly renovated at the Mercure .Very spacious .Bathroom products were very nice Shower gel,shampoo & condtioner,body cream .Nice balcony . Pool was still being renovated .In fact lots of construction going on . Phone on the room wasn't working & we were told just ring reception to get shuttle to airport at 11.45pm .Late flight to Sydney .We rang reception on our mobile & organised . Very nice facilities at the Novotel .Bar ,restaurant & awesome pool .Although kids need to be supervised .No jumping off bridge into water .They appeared to be out of control . Overall nice stay

The room was great good view was not able to stay longer needed to leave early next morning. Very close to the airport so great for next day travel.

These new bungalows at the Mecure Airport resort are great. You barely even feel like you are in a resort as they are on the edge with lovely natural gardens. They are modern and functional and we would definitely book them again. We are NT locals who often stay here when transiting on holidays.

The room was basic and needed a good clean. Hole in the bathroom wall letting bugs in.

It’s was a lovely hotel the room was large and I would say more of an apartment than just a room great facilities in the room and onsite with a fabulous pool and cafe plus a bar and lovely children’s water park

check in was long and no signage to inform guests that you can self check in with the electronic kiosks, meal in the restaurant was horrible and refund provided, Mecure rooms are very noisy and hear everything and everyone in the walkways.

Great hotel near the airport. You can walk to the airport in 5 minutes or you can take the hotel shuttle bus. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom clean. Great swimming pool and places to eat and drink.

Breakfast

We only booked in late in evening and left early morning. The room was spotless and the aircon was on when we arrived. We were exhausted from travel and it was a pleasure to come to a room fully prepared. We were on the ground floor which was great and it was very quiet. The shuttle bus took us straight to airport next morning, no problems was very thankful for it, the whole resort looks amazing although we only saw it at night
