The room was really clean; the staff super friendly and helpful. If it wasn‘t for that, I would have to give it 1 star. The location of the hotel, so close to heavy (!!!) drug use, brothels, and inconsiderate people (screaming at night, fighting on the plazza opposite the hotel, etc), is really a disservice to it.
Once again the staff, especially Damir who helped with storing our luggage, was outstanding. But the hotel location is terrible.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was on point—from the friendly staff and clean rooms to the excellent facilities. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room very comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel was well maintained, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I look forward to visiting again.

Great staff, very helpful. Location was a bit shock. To get to property we walked through roads that were a bit confronting. Wish we knew more info how to get to the property

Decent gym and staff really nice. Very handy for centre of town but right next to the red light area and lots of issues with homeless people very nearby.
Air Con didn’t work and the plug in the sink was broken. Also we left early this morning and there was no hot water for our shower…..
It’s a decent hotel but we were jus a bit unlucky I think!
