Very disappointing experience as I did not get the room that I had reserved. Was supposed to have a Mountain view suite, but the Hotel did not honor my reservation which I made through Hotels.com.
We will never go back to this hotel again......

When I completed my reservation, withv Expedia the booking clearly indicated that free parking was included. However, upon a check-out, I was informed that I would be charged $45 for parking.but I denied. Something was fishy ecpedia need to address this eith hotel management
