The mattress was far too soft, and the in-room climate control was completely unreliable. On my first night, the room was freezing despite setting the thermostat to 30°C. When I informed the front desk the next morning, their only solution was to provide a mini space heater. Later in my stay, the opposite happened: the A/C began blowing hot air when the outside temperature was around 12°C. Even after I lowered the setting to 20°C, it continued to blow heat, forcing me to turn the system off entirely.

Everything was as expected. Perfect. Close to Ordi Park for the ice festival. Staff very courteous and helpful even though not their first language, cleaners very helpful. Will definately stay again.
