Very helpful staff. Arranged transfers and collected us and our bags and took them to the hotel. The room was sizeable and the breakfast was great. Would recommend!

A beautiful hotel built into the rock walls of a valley. If you don’t like stairs, this is not the place for you.
We were dropped off y taxi near the Duomo. Then you took 30 + 30 + 19 stairs down. Then our room was another 34 steps up. People are there to carry your bags, but be prepared. Take in one bag if possible.

The staff was very helpful and attentive . The parking lot and taxi arrangements were spot on . Trust the process if you have a rental car . The spa was very relaxing and extremely clean .
Samir is awesome and everywhere . He is alot stronger than he looks as he managed our large luggage up and down the steps . So are the desk managers .
This hotel was an excellent location .
