Good location very safe lots of eatery places quite a posh area ,ok for transport links and a good base for O2 kentish town, budget hotel good if you get a budget price would stay again.

Booked this again for a cheap room to stay for the night. You get what you pay for but the people are great and easy walk into the center and surroundings. My 8th time in this place but I book it for a reason as I’m never in the room only to sleep.

The manager was very nice and friendly check in was 2pm but we arrived early at 1pm and he allowed us to check in early. Shower was hot . Slept well Bed has only sheet and a blanket which was adequate for this time of year. There was some cleaning issues regarding shower plug hole and areas of dust , I spoke to the manager in the morning and he acknowledged these issues with his cleaner. This hotel is in a good location. , near to tube station and and adequate for a night to sleep.

Great location , in need of TLC for the decor and cleaning - new shower curtains needed as full of mould . But was ok for one night , bedding was clean and comfortable.

Room was generally OK. But shared toilet and stairs are not clean. Staff was helpful

Room was very dusty. Worst of all two lower shower tiles were absent exposing rotten wood and a six inch spindly seedling was growing from the rotted wood, despite all windows being blocked by plywood. We found the day staff to be rude. The faucet wasn’t properly installed, no bath mats or hand towels. Expect nothing from this place. No effort was made to maintain the room we were in. They certainly do a good job advertising their best room in pictures, but it is false advertising for room 26. We were glad to leave and will not return, nor would we recommend this place.

One of the grossest places I ever stayed at. Cigarette burns on my blanket, stains on the floor. Horrifying bathroom and shower. Mold on the walls.

Clean cheap somewhere to get your head down. Bathroom very small.

This is not a family friendly hotel. Corridors are tiny! No access for pram or wheelchair. We were given a room on the basement floor. Paid extra for a private bathroom but my 3 year old would barely fit inside of the shower. There was no way to hang the shower head from the wall so youd have to hold it to shower yourself down. Staff were not particularly friendly and completely unbothered by our predicament. Absolutely horrendous quality for the price, i'm shocked! Stains on the pillow too. I cried when i stayed here. What a waste of money that was.
