The location is very convenient.

Great hotel except breakfast was not included and was an extremely lame continental breakfast that cost $30/day! Otherwise it’s a good place to stay!

It was unusually hot in Geneva, around 90f, and the AC struggled. More of a fan actually. That was the only issue. Great location.

The location is great! The bathtub/shower was very high to get in and out of.

Old and musty, needs renovation. Too much carpet and uncomfortable furniture, bed very hard. Even the staff appeared sad. Don't know how it maintains a 4 star rating.

A tired hotel that rides on its location. Had to use the gym in the affiliated hotel opposite which was a little more than a treadmill and rowing machine in a vacant bedroom.

The room I had was a little tired and the shower over the bath was a health and safety nightmare and flooded the room every time I used it. Its a very convenient location and a comfy bed, with nice view of the Lake from the side window.
