Murphy b s type rooms. Not modern for fixtures (no outlets near bed for medical devices) no usb anything. All of the kitchen needs that an extended stay has (I believe these are time share mini apartments that they rent. The inside is classical late 80’s and kept exactly that way. The ac in my room had to run all night to make it comfortable (outside temp was 70-72). Lots of rules to follow and high deposit required. Two keys needed for entry and desk not staffed 24hrs. 10am check out. Convenient to all of Waikiki. Amenity fee= junk fee. Everyone is doing it to make the initial room rate <$120. Staff do not have Aloha spirit, but are helpful.

I feel that the security deposit for this hotel is quite high, especially since our room did not include basic amenities such as shampoo and conditioner. I hope this can be reviewed and improved for future guests.

This was a last minute reservation as the original stay got cancelled. Overall it met our needs. When the listing said Murphy bed I assumed it meant second bed but it was the only bed. When down it makes the room more crowded than a regular hotel room. The shower valve was broken and they tried a quick fix which didn’t work so we could not shower. The Internet was up and down and would work on some devices but not others. On the plus side the AC kept the room comfortable and the kitchenette was well stocked and met our needs. Staff was pleasant and friendly but could not do anything to resolve the issues with the room during our two night stay.

The hotel’s office hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Due to my flight schedule, I arrived after 10:00 PM and had to pay an extra fee for late check-in. This policy was not clearly mentioned at the time of booking, and I believe it would be better if late-arriving flights were not paired with hotels that have such restrictions. Additionally, the shower was very poor. It took a long time for hot water to come through, and the room was extremely dark. I would not recommend staying at this place, and I would never book here again.

Great stay Jason at the front desk was awesome

Entire place is disgusting and uncomfortable, and made my wife feel unsafe after less than five minutes in the room, so we left immediately. Avoid at all costs.
