Front desk was great room was good beds comfortable clean.

We were sent to an occupied room, wring keys, waited a bit to get situated. Our final room smelled really bad, like onions or strong body odor. Visible large crumbs on bathroom counter, debris behind the door. Only driving through and stayed one night, but won’t consider this place next time.

Had rent the coffee pot, which wasn’t good. Pool wasn’t even open& green and the floors were dirty. Staff was nice.

The pool was green and the property is in an industrial area. Not very conducive to sleep. There was some kind of engine or machine running next door continuously and was very noisy. The front desk person was not very helpful. The room was clean, but they demanded a 100 dollar security deposit for any damage. I took pictures of the room and the damage already there when I got there. The toilet connection was hanging off the wall and one of the floor boards was damaged. Wouldn't recommend this property for someone who wants to walk around the area. Wouldn't stay there again.

I like is clean and staff awesome

Room was clean but A/C was very noisy. No shower curtain in bathroom. They charged 100$ deposit that I still haven't got back yet. It's been over a week. And they won't answer email or phone calls. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

When we checked in, we were informed that the room we reserved was also pet-friendly, and they disinfected everything. I asked if they had another room. He said no. Then I said: “I guess it’s fine”. As soon as we opened the room door, there was a really strong smell, like a mixture of wet dog and dog urine. I knew we wouldn’t be able to sleep with that strong odor. I closed the door right away and went back to the front desk. I explained the situation and now they said there was another room available. The second room actually smelled clean, but there were a few issues mainly in the bathroom. There was human body hair on the sink’s trash can lid (where you grab to open the trash can), the soap dispenser was so dirty where people press to get the soap that it wasn’t even white anymore, it’s brown now, the bottom of the tub was very dirty that it turned gray, the shower curtain was torn and the ceiling of the bathroom had a few mold spots.

Do not stay at this hotel. It was awful. Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready. After waiting, the room they offered smelled like smoke. We told the attendant, and they asked us “to spray it down.” That does not suffice for people with asthma. The property manager then refused to refund our payment.

This was our second stay here. The room was good overall, but the sink had a small crack in it. The fitness room was outdated, not all of the exercise machines were working, and there was no treadmill as shown in the pictures. The windows also needed to be cleaned. Additionally, the elevator carpet was very worn out and should be replaced. On the positive side, the staff was very helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

First room they assigned was on the first floor and smelled like urine. They said they could spray air freshener it the first floor rooms were pet friendly (we didn’t have a pet). They finally agreed to reassign us. Second floor room was fine. About what you would expect from a budget brand hotel. Overall a fine experience despite the initial experience.
