低於平均 There is a lot of shops, activities and the ocean is close. I booked a suite for 5 people we got 1 bed and a pull out couch bed. There was not enough sleeping space. The manager Aya on duty told me to call Expedia to get it resolved! Or take a downgrade of a room with 2 queen beds still not enough sleeping space for 5 and pay an additional $99 a night for any additional rooms with no refund or discounts. The building had horrible upkeep of maintenance. The rooms were dark, light switches didn’t work, no space to put clothes for 5 and a tiny since outside the bathroom for additional getting ready. 1 bathroom for 5 and no additional mirrors to do hair and makeup. Horrible room set up and poor quality of customer service. This hotel is only good for the amenities that are tiny for as many families stay there. The restaurants are extremely expensive and no breakfast served to guests. I will never recommend or stay here again.

極佳 We had a great stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The location is excellent—just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean and surrounding area. The bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. Room service came regularly to clean the room, and everything was well maintained during our stay. The only downside was the parking, which is quite expensive. The property also felt a bit messy at times, with trash in some common areas, but that seemed to be more due to guests than the hotel staff. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again because of the great location, comfortable rooms, and attentive housekeeping. Many restaurants and shops nearby.

很好 Beautiful hotel right on the beach. Has many pools and lots of shopping right in the village down stairs. Easy access to everything you need from ABC stores to boutique stores for shopping. The room has all the amenities, beds are comfortable and it was clean. Lots of restaurant options to sit and eat beachfront. Close to mall and bus stop.
Getting to the lobby to check in was a bit difficult because there are no parking spaces. Confusing to figure out where to park car and check in.
