This hotel is decent value, clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast. It is not quite as close to the main station as seems to be suggested but it has a convenient tramstop outside and is reachable by a number of tramlines. The single room was surprisingly spacious and cool in extreme heat, and lots of water was provided.

This single room was small but functional, comfortable and well thought out. Location was conveniently close to the Centre and if you don't fancy the walk, the trams are frequent and low cost.

Excellent service, and the room is clean spacious and comfortable. Just outside the city centre which is nice and peaceful, tram stop in front of the hotel with a 7 min ride. Highly recommend

Just stayed one night stay to be close to airport.

The hotel room was clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very polite and courteous. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel making getting there and around town extremely easy.

Our room was spacious enough for three adults. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A very well kept hotel for a pleasant stay.

This Hotel was assigned to us as part of an airfare package on our Emerald Rhine River Cruise. The hotel was 1+ hours by coach from our disembarkation in Basel. The location was poorly located to the central location for access to restaurants, shopping and meeting points for excursions. The breakfast was 25. Euros x 2 and very overpriced for their offerings. Everything in the surrounding area was closed on Sunday as well as Monday was a holiday therefore we struggled to find a restaurant for dinner including the hotel restaurant which was closed. They should have informed us at the reception checkin on Saturday when we arrived at 9am and could not check in until 3pm which was very inconvenient.

The staff was fantastic. Can't wait to return!
