We stayed for one night, coming off a late afternoon flight. It was a a great chain hotel - good value for the price point but quite generic (which is reasonable given the brand and the price). There are some lovely places to eat and it's was interesting to walk around in the newer part of Bilbao but is a bit of a walk to get to the older areas where one would probably wish to spend a bit more time. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The experience at check in was very good, and while the room was quite basic, it was a central location, close to a little cafe, and the breakfast at the hotel was very nice.

Room was small but well appointed and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was amazing!

location is good, easy to go everywhere

I think it’s a reasonable price in comparison with other hotels around this city, 15-20 mins walk to old town. 2 big supermarket just opposite.

Basic and functional. Bring a travel kettle if you like tea in your room.

The hotel was conveniently located and comfortable. Exactly what I would expect from an Ibis.

Room was comfortable and the hotel was clean and quiet. This was a last minute booking and it provided good value for money

Ibis Centro is in a superb location in Bilbao. We were here for a rugby finals weekend but this city has so much more to offer. Superb cuisine and an amazing old town to explore as well in Casco Viejo. And of course the Guggenheim Museum is a must-see. All within easy walking distance. The hotel is really relaxing and the staff are awesome. We needed an 0500 taxi for an early flight and they took care of all bookings and even confirmed the evening before. Fantastic service all round.

We were able to check in early. The staff was helpful during our stay. Environmental friendly hotel! Location is great for walking around the city. Breakfast was included with our room and had a variety of food. Recommended!
