極佳 Arrived to a clean property. Staff was helpful in every aspect. The restaurant server even sent hot tea and rolls in our room when he found out she wasn’t feeling well enough to come down to eat. This kind gesture was much appreciated. Thank you Monarch restaurant staff for being so thoughtful.

The staffs were very helpful.. everything you need they assist you from opening the doors to putting all your luggages to the luggage cart and to the hotel room and even during check out they assist in putting all your luggages in your car. And the most important thing I've noticed is the security features, you have to use your hotel key card to open doors and elevators. I'm glad we chose this hotel for our wedding prenup. Highly recommend!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The place is immaculate and the staff is amazing. The pool is fun and relaxing. Breakfast is better than average and the location is close to shops, shopping centre and restaurants. It was supposed to be a one night stay but I ended up booking 2 more nights. The hotel is luxurious and aptly named The Monarch Hotel. I would love to stay here again in the future.
