極佳 All around fantastic stay. Room was clean and a decent size with a mini fridge and complimentary water, which was a nice touch. Some general wear and tear in the room but cleanliness is more important to me than aesthetics. Front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was perhaps one of the best hot buffets I've ever seen at a hotel, just be sure you include breakfast when you book your room because it's not included by default. They have a nice Starbucks counter and restaurant as well. Airport shuttle is reliable and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

低於平均 This was not at all what you'd think of as a Hilton hotel. The rooms were very run down with very old furniture which was (literally) torn up and ragged looking. There are no room amenities at all.

Stayed here one night before a flight out of Newark. As we were unloading luggage from our car a piece of roofing blew off the hotel and hit our car damaging the hood. After filing a police report, we’ve now been waiting 19 days…NINETEEN DAYS…for someone, ANYONE, from the hotel to reach out to us to direct us on what steps we need to take for repairs. The management staff at this hotel have been totally negligent regarding this entire incident. Worst customer service experience we have ever had.
