The location is very good for tourists because it is on a popular square with lots of restaurants, bars and some shops. We had a little but nice balcony over looking the large square. However the downsides were two things. First the room size was very small and we had to have turns maneuvering around the bed. Secondly the floor was dirty. Our socks and/or feet showed the dirt. Breakfast was very good and had a wide variety of choices.

Repeat booker of this hotel, as always staff property and location is amazing

My husband and I stayed for two nights. The staff during check-in and check-out were very polite and welcoming. The room was clean, although the chair had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom was also clean. However, there were no amenities provided apart from towels and an all-in-one shampoo/body wash. The location was perfect — only a 10-minute walk to the main tourist areas, and the tram station was directly in front of the hotel.

Great location but with the nightclubs around the center square it ca get noise at late hours. The staff was great and you can’t beat the location and having friendly staff available 24hrs

Took a €200 euro deposit, had to chase them to refund it weeks after staying at the hotel.

Room neglected, run down. Double room, was two shoddy single beds pushed together, pillows smelt. Room was extremely cold, when turned heat on, was so noisey, and very loud from outside noise. Asked about drinking water, was sent to the bar for a bottle which was €6.50

Hotel was good but strange smell as you enter, also wasn’t expecting to pay deposit but got it back ok
