wish the ice cream shop stayed open past 5 as we would like to had ice cream for a dessert for our selves as well as the kiddos

Stayed 7 nights. Decent experience. Wish there was more entertainment than live music every night. Kids and teen club closed at 4:45pm every night. Pools were fun, except iguanas jump onto chairs if you order food near the pool. Waiters Abraham (Vina Del Mar) and Geremy at the Pool were very attentive and hospitable!!

We like the beach and beach services alot

The resort was absolutely lovely. The staff was very pleasant. We got to know one waiter in particular, Rodrigo. He looked out for us, bringing waters to make sure we were hydrated, checking on us often. The resort did forget our amenity and it was too late to get it when we asked for it so be sure to ask the first day if it’s not there.

The 2 BR suite was perfect for our family. There were some challenges with keeping our room cool and we didn’t know about the What’sApp Guest Services line until later in the trip, missing out on using Room Service for a few days (the phone in our room didn’t work). It was a bit of a hike to get to the main part of the hotel, so lots of walking, steps, or golf cart rides (that were easy to access). We loved the beautiful grounds, plentiful pools, and scenic beach (beach shoes worked best to walk through the rocky sand). We loved Dayana in the activity pool and participated in many activities each day (Zumba, trivia, volleyball, Crazy games, etc.) Misael made us amazing Mexican coffee and table-side guacamole at the Mexican restaurant twice on our trip. The Italian restaurant was probably our favorite. They make a delicious Carajillo. Overall the food and drinks were very good. We were happy to be able to order snacks and lighter food items to our pool chairs or go to sit down someplace. Service was very good and we always tip. Please take care of servers for taking such good care of you. Our week flew by and we would not hesitate to return.

We stayed in the Family Suite. It was perfect because we had room to hang out in the living room. The views from the room were amazing. It overlooked the property and the wide ocean. Also had a full sized kitchen with all the amenities. Room service was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.

This resort is amazing! The staff is the best! Friendly and very helpful. By the end of your stay, you will know all of their names and not want to go home. Beautiful views, delicious food, and lots of fun things do! Highly recommend!
