The new decor is beautiful !!! Loved the info "blanket" on the beds

Staffs did miscommunicate several times: we got checked into the room with plumbing problems. The frontdesk staff wasn’t told that the room was supposed to be closed for maintenance. Secondly, the room was not cleaned up even after asking directly at the front desk. Trash was not picked up, beds were not changed. One of the staffs was very helpful and apologized several for the inconvenience we’re experiencing. On the other hand, the location is good but a bit too loud. I’m not sure if we’ll stay here again next time in SF area.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff greeted us with friendly, smiling faces. They promptly responded to our need for additional towels and quickly retrieved an item I had forgotten. There was ample free parking. Breakfast is available nearby, with coffee and bagel shops just around the corner. The location is great, away from the crowds but near the attractions.

I enjoyed my stay. I will definitely stay at your hotel again. The room was clean and comfortable plus there were so many restaurants, stores, and coffee shops and cafes within 2 minutes walking distance. Great parking too!

Had a great stay! Convenient location for us and good food options within a couple of blocks. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us park in the garage early on the check-in day and remain until early afternoon on check-out day. The only slight negative was the traffic noise in our room overlooking Lombard St.

Our check in at Cow Hollow Inn was good. We were looking to upgrade our room to a suite to surprise my husband because it was my anniversary but the pricing was too high and the desk attendant stated that there was absolutely no discounts. Otherwise everything else was excellent.

Great location, can walk to the marina. Reasonably priced. Clean, well maintained. Free parking. Overall, I would say that I’ll definitely be back.

Lovely old hotel super convenient to get to places. We truly enjoyed the conversation with the front desk gentleman who was so helpful. For the value of the hotel, it's great and feels super safe. We would flag though this is an older hotel on a main road. The windows (at least the one we stayed at) are single pane, which means there's a lot of street noise that can easily wake you up.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Cow Hollow Inn & Suites. The room and property were very clean, the staff were friendly & helpful, and the location was ideal. Also, I appreciated the free parking, and the well-decorated rooms, which also had a fridge and coffee maker. I look forward to staying here again in the future!
