The hotel is in a wonderful location right in downtown Tromso. It is a beautiful hotel and we had an incredible view from our room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Norah at check in was extremely helpful and kind. She helped us figure out the parking situation since there is none at the hotel. There are restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. There is also a great restaurant right in the hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay.

Generally very well appointed and attractive And comfortable. The bathroom could be improved. There’s no shower curtain so the whole floor is wet. Theswoop1@gmail.com shampoo and conditioner dispensers were hard to pump. No towel racks. The fan in the bathroom was not working.

There was construction on the floor above me that started early morning and went all day. I had just come from the US and got no sleep due to the noise. They should have told us about construction. Other than that, the room itself was great!

A wonderful stay in Tromso. The hotel is located by the harbor close to all major attractions. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. They made every effort possible to help us with our late checkout request since we had an evening flight out. It was heart-warming. The breakfast was lavish and delicious. It was a most pleasant experience staying here.
