The room was spotless as always and the staff are always courteous and ready to talk to you (no waiting). There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke, I'm not sure how they can deal with this if people choose to break the rules, but perhaps a bit of awareness to leave door & windows open to air it out, just a suggestion.

Our stay was fantastic! It had all that we requested and required for the 23 days!
House keeping were great in supplying us with fresh towels and toilet rolls.
They also ensured that we had the privacy we required since we did not do any outdoor activities!
The washing machine and air dryer were life savers for our long stay!
Having the movable shower head was a life saver for us!
Kudos to Quest Glen Waverley team! Keep it up!
