The service at this hotel is like nothing I’ve ever seen. Staff make a point of remembering everyone’s name, making sure everyone is taken care of, proactively ensuring that your plans and logistics work smoothly and spoiling you with unexpected gestures (towelettes, drinks, flowers, etc.). Pool area is a calming retreat from the outside streets. Rooms are pretty solid… and always clean. Highly recommend getting a massage at the spa room on premises. Restaurant could level up to match the rest of the experience in terms of food quality, vegetarian options, speed and coffee but there are many other options nearby. And honestly we just love these guys. Thanks for a great stay.

We love this place so much that we decided to stay an extra night. Such an amazingly friendly staff.

I was so glad to have to have found this property. The staff were over the top friendly and helpful. The place in itself had a really cool and comfortable vibe. The rooms were so nice and quiet that I found it hard to get out of bed in the morning. It’s tucked in just a bit off the street so you don’t get any noise at all. It’s like it’s own little oasis. I could recommend this property more.

We loved every moment at the hotel! - Staff are all super friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Lisa, Mick And Shalley for making our stay wonderful—will didn’t want to leave. Shout out to Mick for taking the extra steps in setting up a room for me at 11pm. He didn’t know that it was a job interview—he only knew that I had a video call to take. I was hired! - Food options were great and if not on the menu, they were able to accommodate. - Room was spacious and pool was perfect way to end a hot day. - Perfect location near Pub Street, Night Markets and other attractions nearby. Overall, having travelled to over 85 countries, this hotel is one of top 5 on my list!

One of our best stays in SE Asia. Hotel staff were exceptionally service oriented, and looked after our every need. The room was spectacular and the pool area was great for relaxing and getting away from the heat. The drinks by the pool were excellently made and reasonably priced, and the food was good as well. It is a great location for walking around, and close to everything, but it is very quite as well. Do not hesitate to stay here- it is Awesome

We had an outstanding stay at Central Suite Residence. From the warm welcome upon arrival to every thoughtful detail throughout our stay, everything exceeded expectations. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous, complete with a swim-up bar—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and the bathrooms feel like a private spa. The location is ideal: tucked away in a quiet little alley, yet still within easy walking distance to the centre of town, markets, shops, and restaurants. If I could give the staff a rating it would be a 10/5! They couldn’t not do enough for us. If I return to Siem Reap, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

This hotel was my favourite hotel during our three week trip travelling Southeast Asia. The staff were absolutely amazing, they remembered your name when you came through the lobby, you were always greeted with a cold towel when you came back to the hotel, and they were there to help you with anything you needed. The rooms were absolutely amazing. So spacious compared to any other hotel I’d stayed in. The bathrooms were also huge and the showers were incredible. The breakfast was delicious, there was a small buffet area, but also a menu that you could just order off of. The pool was very nice with a swim up bar and had a good amount of privacy. I had to do an online exam during my stay and they made sure to put an extra router in my room so the Wi-Fi would be extra fast and dependable. I was so sad to be leaving this hotel as it was one of my favourite stays anywhere. Big shoutout to Liza.

The staff are almost too helpful. Ready to greet you with cool Towels upon your return. A nice touch. Staff ask a few too many questions to appear helpful and interested which can get a bit much but it's not their fault - just a cultural thing. For the price, this a great choice and a very good location
