The location was close enough to the shops restaurants and bars but far enough away to be quiet. The rooms was very nice but when the rooms were serviced all that seemed to be done was the beds made and dirty towels replaced.

We were greeted by a friendly efficient young lady. Service at reception was top notch. The breakfast service however left alot to be desired. 2 very off hand young ladies and a barely edible breakfast . We felt like we had inconvenienced them by ordering. Something to ponder on... The Sunshine breakfast or suchlike was dry and did not have a lot going on. Coffee was really good.

Great location, short 5min walk to the center of Queenstown. Lovely view of the snow caped mountains. Staff were super friendly help full (particularly Holly, what STAR!).

Great accommodation and facilities. Bus stop outside.

Water in room would be good

It was ideally located and short walk to the city centre. It’s up hill on the way back so if fitness is not your strong suit maybe not ideal. In house parking was over priced at $30 a day when there was free parking around on the street ranging from 180mins to all day and very close to hotel. The drying room was great. The cleaning of the room was a little poor and fresh sheets and towels needed to be request a couple of times over a 10 day stay. The room was also much smaller than I thought from the photos. This might just be my own perception though. 2 people in the room with ski gear and suits cases was a very tight squeeze. Overall it was good and great location for what we were after.

The room had a lovely view of the mountains and it was reasonably spacious. The onsite restaurant was handy and the soup and pizza I had were delicious, as was the scrambled eggs with ciabatta - it opens at 6.30 am for breakfast which is great for early risers. The staff were all helpful and very pleasant. The TV doesn't have a lot of options but overall, everything was very good and value for money.

We had an apartment which worked out great. It had its own laundry. Hotel is conveniently located blocks from downtown. Staff was very helpful!
