Staff is friendly and the location is perfect right across the plaza from Jerusalem beach. But my room was very shabby and beat up. Maybe other rooms in the hotel are better but mine was more like a service room with beat up basic furniture. I’m need of major renovation.

It was a very good experience - a pleasant and helpful staff and clean and modern - small hotel with wonderful surrounding restaurant and shopping facilities.. right near the beach. All you need for a good vacation stay.

I was notmpleased

This is a wonderful boutique hotel located in a perfect location for tourists. The beach is less than 200 meters from the front door. The rooftop/deck has beautiful views of the city, and the sunset is lovely to watch over the Mediterranean. The hotel’s staff is amazing, all of them. I strongly recommend this hotel!

I was delayed getting here from the Airport and they had already contacted me to give me the code to get into the door, so even if they were already gone for the evening, I was able to get in. The breakfast option is absolutely worth it as well. The staff has been wonderful, always willing to help, never annoyed bc I do not speak Hebrew. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Terrible place dirty and smell no good WiFi and no Tv it should be a Hotel !

The receptionists/desk/office personnel were very personable. The rooms were adequate. It was within about 2000 meters of the beach.

It good location and safe

Location , location for an old building it was clean ,cute and perfect for my needs. Staff friendly and courteous.
