My sheets were dirty. 😬😬Bugs on the floor. Dark and dirty.

The room was cool. The floor in the bathroom was heated. I loved my stay!

So disappointed not to have a wardrobe in my room - not even a few hooks on the wall to hang my suits / shirts . When I enquired about it at reception, I was told that ‘ my room rate does not include a wardrobe’. I travel the world on business for over 30 years and have never encountered this before . My freshly pressed shirt I took from the suitcase this morning, looked as if I slept in it . I did not air my grievance with the receptionist as it wasn’t her fault but Management should know better . I would definitely not stay again .

Was very excited for my stay and was disappointed- the staff were nice and helpful however the cleanliness and conditions were not up to par. Stains on the couch so i was not able to use it, chips on the wood table, makeup smeared on the phone, stains on the bed sheets and mattresses. Just gave an icky feeling overall. Be aware that the tablet used to order room service is not up to date and now has a completely different menu -you make it easier on staff to order directly from the restaurant. Again beautiful room and great people just need to update cleaning standards for the amount you pay for certain rooms i shouldnt run my finger and have it covered in dust. Nice restaurants nearby and metro stop in walking distance.

Provocateur mode was a lovely touch and the attention to detail was amazing Great hotel, lovely ambience, staff great and the events are great It’s up there as one of my favourite hotels. 🙌👏

Delicious breakfast. Fun room, compact But that has been our choice.

We booked one night at the patio suite to celebrate our anniversary, and we find the experience rather underwhelming. This design hotel could have had many ways to stand out but just misses quite some points. The room is smaller than the pictures shown, air-conditioning doesn’t work at all, patio area is huge but needs a bit of cleaning, shower heads are chalky… We didnt try the bar or the restaurant as it doesn’t seem to justify the high pricing given the hotel experience we had.

It was a great hotel in a great location. Close to subway and good restaurants and stores.

This hotel does not have AC on 5m2 square rooms as advertised. Called multiple times and they told us to open the room as there is no AC in the building during the winter time . It’s spring , 17 degrees outside on a room tinier than a closet . You can’t sleep in the room This is above insanity . Not even a tiny desk on the room or a closet where to hang a shirt .Oh, did I mention a naked man knocking at my door at 7 am for about 1 hour and reception that took about 90 minutes to answer? Also Swears they aren’t affiliate with Marriot.

Loved it. Comfy bed, great shower, amazing cocktails, ideal location for the Messe
