Warm and cosy. Plenty of blankets as well were in the middle of winter with frosty mornings. Enjoyed our stay

There was no staff but all else was good. I would have liked window to.open at night for fresh air. A big problem with ants In the bathroom and kitchen area.

The walls were thin but I expected that from the reviews online. But you get what you paid for. The staff were helpful when picking up the keys. The property was well maintained. The room was very well kept and so conveniently located to the town centre. Best for those looking for a good rest and recoup.

Comfortable room and quiet

We would have driven past the building as it was in need of repair. Inside was fully renovated, tasteful and warm. A delight! Well done ELEVEN.

Incredibly new and modern interior. Room was very tidy and clean. Excellent stay.

The room was modern and clean. Very comfortable bed and shower was great. Check in was offsite which we forgot about but luckily the Royal Daylesford isn’t far away. The exit ramp does have a big dip to be careful of not to damage your car on.

Great room very clean and comfortable but the shower took so long to have hot running water and only stayed warm for few minutes then would go cold again.

The rooms were nicely renovated
