Holiday Inn Express and Suites is a no frills motel like place. It was comfortable and relatively quiet and the breakfast buffet was better than I expected. We were there for about 14 hours so we were not in need of anything special so it worked out fine.

It was a very comfortable property - very quiet. the staff were friendly and helpful. This property would be good as a place to rest and recharge. Not really a destination property, but it would be our first choice if we were back in the area. Parking is very easy.

Very poor communication- the use of the door cards is bot explained. We placed a do not disturb when we went out after checking in, but removed it when we arrived. The next day, the room was bot cleaned. I called hotel desk and he said he was the only one on aite, no cleaning crew, and said we mist have placed a do not disturb sign. I told him we did not, his response, the system has the room flagged as “do not disturb.” I told him that was the day before and he said there is nothing he can do and “I can’t clean your room for you.” He offered yo give is new towels.
Kitchen staff not friendly.
