極佳 The staff were all very nice. We got there early and they let us use the pool while we waited to be able to check in. Everything was very clean. I am super happy and I would definitely stay there again.

極佳 Booked this room for my mom and a friend. They loved it. Said it was new and modern, really clean and had 4 pillows on each bed! Lol. Will definitely be staying again

極佳 The property was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room an extra treat. Would definitely stay up there again if I went to Reno again

極佳 Our short stay was amazing! However, some things were a bit funny:
1. When we book the suite, it was mentioned that we will have views on mountains, but once we arrived, hotel staff informed us that the only suite available is on a 1st floor where is no mountains views whatsoever. Dear staff, discount for such a “oopsie” would be nice.
2. While the suite was incredibly spacious and nice, pillows however, were very uncomfortable.
Despite all of this it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel and we definitely will come back. Thank you!

很好 The room was as expected, clean, comfortable. There one was light bulb which did not function, this was the lamp to the left of the bed, which did not turn on after many attempts, this was very minor as the one to the right of the bed functioned correctly.
Overall was pleasant stay for a quick visit to the area. The 2 chicks restaurant for breakfast was quite delicious too.
Great visit to Reno/Sparks to scout the area as future living space potential.

極佳 It was very clean, I liked that there was a keurig in the room, and the hotel is right next to a great breakfast restaurant called the two chicks.
