This was our "budget" stay and it ended up being our absolute favorite. Comfortable room, friendly staff, steps from the train station, and delicious free breakfast. I would love to stay here again.

I love the good customer service of the front desk staff. Going over and beyond their duties to help tourist like me to be comfortable in Japan. Special mention to Mina for such superb and unparalled customer service and the lady working the morning of April 2 who helped me find a store to buy souvenirs to bring home and even print and translate for me the map and locations. Thank you front desk staff!!! 😃

Cheap, conveniently located hotel w free breakfast. It's bare-bones, so if you're looking for comfort and/or luxury, this is not for you. If that doesn't matter to you, though, this is a good place to stay.

極佳 Great location next to Iwatsuki Station, restaurants and grocery. Decent breakfast, great staff, breakfast lady excellent. Facilities are pretty good, clean and safe but the bed was a little harder than my preference. Overall very little to complain about and much to appreciate. I would definately return here.

極佳 Excellent location...50 m from Iwatsuki station on Tobu/Urbanpark line. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet place. Very clean and comfortable.
