Strange high bed that was difficult to get in and out of without scraping against the wooden sides. Small and no USB charging. Knocked on door before checkout time to tell me checkout was soon which was unnecessary.

Good size room, Staff very pleasant and helpful, one or two small problems, the mattress springs were sticking up in places and the curtains had mascara or some type of makeup on them also some marks on bottom bed sheet once again seem like makeup.

Unprofessional service from the woman at the desk I booked the last room available stated it had a double bed with a smart tv for me and my partner - received 3 single beds instead with no smart tv No hot water in the room Room and corridor smelt of mould

We arrived a few hpurs before check in and left our bags in a room by receptionist there was no lift but i thought the giy wouldve put the bags in our.room.when it had been cleaned..wvwrything else was fine

Lovely warm welcome from gentlemen on reception, had a drink in the hotels bar while we waited for our room, really nice cozy bar with comfy sofas. Room was on first floor, big comfy bed, lovely decor. Spotlessly clean. Absolutely fantastic location. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again 😊

Staff are great rooms are exactly what you need

I was there at a business trip. To get reimbursement for my costs from my employer, I need an invoice. They promised me they would provide me with an invoice, but never did give it to me.

Staff are excellent. Really frieand helpful. Close to shop and restaurants.

Great location. Room a bit smaller than we expected, but good value.
