Clean room nice staff I will be back

El internet nunca funciono correctamente, la luz del baño parpadeando todo el tiempo, tenia que levantar la tapa del tanque de agua para bajarle porque se soltaba.

Todo estaba limpio pero mi habitación tenía el lavamanos tupido y no tenía hand soap ni body wash (estaban los pomos pero vacíos) el shampoo y el acondicionador casi vacíos, dio para una sola lavada de cabello, pedí body wash y lo que me dieron fue 3 mini jabones, pero por lo demás todo bien, las piscinas espectaculares y divertido el splash de los niños

I booked this property based on location and reviews. It was amazing and everything as advertised!

Room was no frills for sure but clean and the staff were lovely and helpful when we had a room key issue. It was our first time staying here and I would definitely book again.

The room smelled horrible when we walked in. The bathroom sink had crust around the drain and the floor of the bathtub was yellow. Don’t waste your money.

We always stay at the Rosen every Florida trip. It has gone down hill over the last few years. We stayed on the older side, 5th floor. Our room had a broken sliding door, dirty carpets, dirty toilet and ants. They also house people long term. Our neighbor who lived there was disruptive. He talked to himself, was up day and night smoking out his room with his music on and was always making comments when we walked by. It didn’t have the same vacation vibe.

For the price, it was good, with a good location, friendly staff, and good security.

It’s a place to go to sleep but it’s a very outdated hotel. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The bathroom was very rundown and the shower head was facing the wall so it was very difficult to shower.
