極佳 We had a great stay. We were set to arrive in Los Angeles after 1 in the morning but I was able to message the property and had approval to arrive later in the evening. The front desk staff were kind and attentive even when I needed to request extra towels or toilet paper . They were very helpful at answering all my questions about the area as well.

不錯 Rooms were not clean, food left on fridge and food on the floor. Room was really run down for a four star hotel. Did not meet my expectations. Everything was worn down. The showers were tricky to use and didn’t have great pressure. The elevator was awful we had to wait up to five minutes for it. If this hotel had a few things fixed it would be great.

低於平均 The staff was the only good experienced quality about the hotel. There wasn’t much time to try the gym, restaurant, or pool but the room itself was a bit outdated and there was a large silverfish in the shower the second night. Also, having to pay for parking is a bit outrageous.

極佳 I had many issues at this property, however, Larissa and Valerie were so helpful and nice. They both helped rectify the situation and I will be coming back to stay at this property.

很好 Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The only downside was we had to wait 45min for the airport shuttle.
