Upon arrival, staff were very attentive, friendly and gave us a full run down on the resort and activities. The farm was a lovely touch for families and very well maintained and clean. Our daughter loved visiting the animals and feeding them. Rooms were more than decent in size, spacious, clean and had a nespresso machine. Fruits were complimentary and plenty of water was provided to keep us hydrated. Amenities were well thought out. The beach and pools were well kept, clean and again staff kept us hydrated on the beach and swimming pool. Complimentary massages/facials and yoga sessions were amazing - Views at the Fresh restaurant was calming and beautiful, food was good, breakfast had a good variety. Airport transfer was efficient and comfortable. We will be back!

The hotel is beautiful. There are various rooms to choose from, including excellent sea view rooms. The staff are friendly and professional. This is a very good value hotel.

Fusion Resort Cam Ranh We had such a wonderful stay at this resort without any inconvenience at all. Everything was comfortable, relaxing, and beautifully managed from beginning to end. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, and the two nights we stayed felt like they passed in just two seconds because we were so happy there. A special thank you to Nathalie for her kindness and warm hospitality. Our couple was truly touched by how caring and welcoming she was, and thanks to her we were able to enjoy our stay so comfortably. We will definitely be back again soon, and we already look forward to seeing everyone again. 😊

The room is good. Staff need to greet more than ignore customers. Food is fine not too good.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The food at the restaurant exceeded my expectations. However, the room was a bit dated and in need of some renovation. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the ocean view from the room was breathtaking. Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel.

First) your dinner reservation system is a problem. There was a receptionist who checked in at check-in. The staff at the dinner counter told me to wait for a reservation and made an unpleasant feeling of guiding others in the background. Also, I checked good table and out table when I made a reception and reservation in advance, but I was not able to. When I strongly protested, he guided me to a dark place until then. The unpleasant memory of greeting and chatting with Westerners around me is that Koreans will not visit. Second) Breakfast with nothing to eat. Before you go to your accommodation, watch the breakfast at the Intercontinental Hotel and learn from it. The breakfast was disappointing, too.
