I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at Thess Residences. This was one of the most memorable places I stayed during my travels. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. The apartment was beautifully maintained, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the complimentary laundry facilities, which were a tremendous convenience. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to many of Thessaloniki’s historic churches, museums, restaurants, and the waterfront while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. What truly sets Thess Residences apart, however, is its exceptional staff. Eleni, the Residence Manager, is one of the finest hospitality professionals I have ever met. She genuinely cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. She was always kind, attentive, professional, and eager to help in any way possible. Her warmth and dedication created an atmosphere that made me feel less like a hotel guest and more like a valued friend. I would also like to sincerely thank Nikos at the front desk. He was consistently friendly, accommodating, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Whether I needed recommendations, directions, or assistance with any request, he always greeted me with a smile and was happy to help. His professionalism and kindness made every interaction a pleasure. Thank you, Eleni, Nikos, and everyone at Thess Residences for making my visit so special

This was something more than a basic hotel room or budget Airbnb, but for the same price. The room (e.g., TV, kitchen, bathroom, a/c, linens) and other facilities (e.g., free washers and dryers, breakfast area) were all clean and functional. The breakfast was simple but convenient. I did not use the gym or office facilities, but would expect everything to be solid. I ordered an airport shuttle through the hotel, which called to confirm, but then didn’t show up. If I stay again, I would arrange my own ride to the airport.

Lovely staff, nice room and clean bathroom and facilities, would highly recommend. The breakfast was also very good, we sadly didn't have time to use the gym, but it was an added bonus to know it was available. Thank you for a lovely stay!

nice place where to stay. Out of chaos no so far from the city centre by foot. Nice staff, always kind and prompt. I do reccomend

We had a great stay at Thess. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, good choice & plentiful. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, and nice smart TV we could stream to. Location isnt slap bang central but it's a 10 minute stroll to the central square! All in all, an excellent choice in Thessaloniki!

What a wonderful find, central easy to explore from as a base. Friendly staff who couldn’t do enough. Contemporary, clean and bright, would definitely visit again and happy to recommend we had a wonderful weekend thank you
