Great location. Friendly staff. Funny bike storage setup but it's there and it works (you use the hotel next door. everyone's best mates). Awesome breakfast. Super clean. 10/10 Ibis.

The hotel was within walking distance of the trains which was awesome. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean even though we had to ask for extra towels as they only provided two in our room. The breakfast offered a variety of food including making your own waffles! Overall, a pleasant experience.

You pay for the location, not the quality of the room/property.
Stayed for one night, was disturbed at 9am by the cleaning crew coming into my room unannounced to clean the room. Luckily I was awake and already dressed and getting ready to leave, but this should not happen for single night stays in my opinion, very unprofessional.
Basic to no amenities, basically a bed, small desk and bathroom. No fridge, coffee, tea, etc in the room. Shower head was leaking /defective. Water temperature was inconsistent. Air conditioning did not sufficiently cool the small room on the maximum setting. Have to go downstairs for water or coffee.
Front desk staff were friendly, but push you to sign up for some membership upon arrival, collecting a bunch of information about you.
Location however was extremely convenient, across the street from the Wien Hbf train station.

Hotel is conveniently located within a few minutes walk to the main train station. Staff were all very helpful and nice. Room was also clean and nicely maintained by the staff! Room was quite spacious and big!
