Room was clean and a fantastic view! Staff was helpful at check-in and helped me with luggage. Pretty strict about their check-in policy. You have to order breakfast the night before, I wish we could have decided in the morning. Overall, a great experience!

Bed was slightly too firm. Great view and clean rooms!

You could not ask for a better place to stay in Prague! Walk to most places and tram and metro a couple minutes walk.

A great place to stay. Very charming. Location was excellent - away from the tourist hordes but still very convenient. Room was small (to be expected on a boat) but workable. Shower was so tiny that I don't see how larger people (my husband and I are average size) could use it.

The hotel is in an excellent location, easy to find

Lovely little hotel, great location to walk into the main town within 10 mins, rooms were Clean, comfortable and cosy but maybe a little dark. Only complaint was breakfast could have had a much better selection no fruit, jams, marmalade for toast and only egg based hot dishes. Resturant was lovely with a nice selection of lunches and evening meals. Reception staff very helpful.

The staff was great as was the room. My room had a view of the river which was nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Room: comfortable, clean, Location: excellent walkable distance and quiet at night Staff: Renata is the best . She is very caring informational and helpful. Although I did not try the food, the canteen staff are nice. Only thing is pillow is bit high and hard.
