WIFI was only available for Marriot Bonvoy members. Half the staff were somewhat surly, others very friendly. On checkout, I was told email receits were the only option. I was charged the incidental fee. On checkout, I was told it would be returned in a few days. I called when it was not returned after a week. I was told it would take a week or so, which is BS. Two weeks out they still have not refunded the incidental fee.

There was no complementary coffee or tea in the lobby. The coffee shop/bar had very limited hours. Maid service was minimal. Front desk personnel were sometimes disinterested.
The location was great, with easy access to highways and conveniently adjacent to a shopping center with multiple restaurants.
