Hotel was great! However, you tricked me and send me back to a wrong airport. That’s costing me money and time. I won’t use your app anymore. I can’t trust you.

Overall, it was a very nice place, and the location is perfect. It's a bit dated. The elevators were old and loud, with obnoxious rattling. One of the elevators always smelled like urine for some reason. The front desk and concierge were helpful and provided two tickets to Chicago 360 to view the observation deck at the Hancock, which was nice. Overall, it was good, although they probably should have someone go through the bathroom and re-caulk everything. It's pretty nasty and very noticeable upon check-in.

Had an excellent stay at the Gwen. Great location, very modern and clean, comfy bed, outdoor terrace was a plus. Cool vibe all around.
Loved that the bathroom had a big tub separate from a walk in shower. It was very quiet at night. No complaints what so ever.

很好 No coffee machines in the room but free coffee in the lobby. Great location. The bar is a scene and the rooftop patio is a beautiful space. Great sound insulation and comfy beds.
