Good location. Clean tidy rooms. Amazing ocean view. On the down side. Over priced at $400 a night for 1 queen bed room, minimum of 3 nights to book, no microwave or dishes/cutlery. Was charged an additional $200 without consent in claim of a smoker fee because next balcony was smoking. You will also have to pay $12 per day to park there.

The room was very quiet and had a relaxing view of the lagoon and trees. Customer service, across the board, was friendly and they went out of their way to assist. Great location, very central and walking distance to most key tourist spots. No steep hills to climb like many other accomodation options in town. This is my second stay at the hotel and i would return again.

View of the beach across the parking lot. Small room but really nice. Convenient location right on the main street. Glad we were on the ocean side. The street side might have been really noisy.

Apart from the location and close to resturants there was nothing in the hotel. No gym, spa, pools, kitchen or breakfast. It's too expensive just for the rooms.

The water view room was light, bright and airy despite being a little small. Both cleaning and guest services teams were very professional and friendly and the beds were very comfortable. Despite being in the heart of town, the room was surprisingly quiet. An extra bonus was being on flat ground, near the water and within walking distance of most attractions. Happy not to have to hike/taxi the incredibly steep hills of Airlie after a night out.
