Room is swelteringly hot, bed is rock solid, pillows might as well not exist, and shower is weak.

The check-in process was incredibly easy and seamless from start to finish. Everything was well organised, and the parking instructions were clear and straightforward, making our arrival completely stress-free. We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short visit. It's a simple, no-frills place with basic amenities, but it delivered exactly what we expected. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection to start the day, and the overall experience was great value for money. The location of the hotel was in the middle of a highway but I get it that's on me I should've checked but the fact that they called me when my food was ready and told me to pick it up from reception was really surprising as I've never experienced this before in any hotel doesn't matter if it's 1 star or 5 star... The rooms were really clean and the people at reception were really nice as well but they should have someone who can deliver food to your room .

A very comfortable road side hotel to stay for a night.
Would recommend it to anyone travelling onwards to Europe, or using it for a convenient place to stay if wishing to visit Canterbury, whilst on route to elsewhere.
