I really loved the stay, its located at the city center with nearby restaurants easily accessible. The staff is also very polite and friendly. Patiently hears you out and helps you with any queries. Rooms are also so good, well maintained rooms. If I go back to korea again I will stay here again!

Good amenities, good staff, room is clean & modern, good location

Just a very average hotel. Good value for the money. I chose this over the Shilla Stay which is right next door thinking that Shilla was carpeted and Lotte was hardwood floors. Lotte was also carpeted and very old carpet if i may add. Anyways, you get what you pay for.

It exceeded my expectation

This is a nice property with good facilities. Our room on an upper floor had a great view of the city. But the staff here has an attitude problem. During our short stay the front desk staff was consistently aloof and unfriendly. They were all certainly attractive, but we left thinking that must be the only criterion for hiring. I've traveled extensively in S. Korea and have always been treated with respect, politeness and warmth. Not here. Seems that it's a training issue at this property. Clerks at a hotel front desk, realisticly, are not in a position to feel superior to the guests they are there to serve; yet that is the attitude the staff projects. Won't be back nor recommending this property.

The gym is good and room is spacious. Pillows were flat though.

Don’t be deceived by the name “Lotte”. This is a motel and at most 2 stars. Dirty, outdated, smelled like someone smoked in the room, uncomfortable bed and pillows, and plenty more problems to list but will stop here. Will never return.
