Everything as expected great location lovely people great hotel location to all amenities.

The room was very very hot. A small fan was provided which helped a little but uncomfotable to sleep. Shower didnt work. Booking stated check in at 2pm but hotel couldnt book in until 3pm. Cheap stay but would not stay again. Would not recommend.

The shower was boiling hot and no way to temper the water. Staff extremely unhelpful. No housekeeping in hallways garage in hallways was there for days.

The receptionist at the check-in area is not customers friendly. There's no air-conditioning and modern electrical socket. You can charge your phone using just cord.

I rarely write a bad review. I have stayed in many Britannia Hotels & traveled widely in the 3rd world. I did not feel safe either in the room, or entering the hotel, witnessing a drug deal in the alley just feet from the front entrance with an open stairwell access to rooms. I am used to 'basic' accommodation. The room I booked was not cheap but had NO ventilation (in UK you dont expect A/C ). Consequently with no window it was very hot, dark and stuffy. The cleaners deserve praise for their work keeping the shabby hotel looking clean & they smiled.

Staff was nice. Odd that water stopped running the morning I was to check out and so I couldn’t have my bath.

Check in was disgusting. Queue a mile long. When getting to the reception counter, even though we'd checked in online, they were wanting ID off everyone. I for one didn't have any because we never got told we needed it. In the end he asked to see my bank card. I only had it digital on my phone. No one knew about the ID and there were actually people crying because of the situation. We had a room with no window. The temperature was in the early 30's and even though we had 2 fans in the room, it was absolutely boiling so none of us slept well at all. The location was good but think the hotel needs better organisation.

The room had not been cleaned properly i found public hairs in the bath. Not nice.

Was absolutely lovely … only thing I’d change is the position of the tv and plug sockets near bed so can charge and lamps that work
