低於平均 Not sure where to to start! Upon arrival, I saw homeless people hanging out, drug deals going down, and was approached by a prostitute. I spent the night, but after being harassed by a prostitute, again, this time before 9 am, I asked the clerk for a refund. I was told I could change rooms, but wasn't receiving a refund because I had booked "through a third party" ...
