The hallway carpet is quite old making the property seem dated. The mattress also seemed worn. The shower curtain has no weight at the bottom so tends to stick to the body during the shower. However, the location is excellent for getting into Old Town and for accessing the tram. The staff is helpful and the breakfast quite good. I have stayed there many times for the location - just wish they would freshen the place.

The location is fantastic. It’s in the old town but close to the modern city as well. I walked everywhere except to and from the airport. I didn’t need much from the hotel. Didn’t go to breakfast but appreciated having a kettle in the room. My room was tiny and so was the bathroom but there was hot water is the shower. I fell in love with Tallinn!

Ok... first when you are trying to locate the property... it's not on the main street.... there's a sign... but you need to walk into the parking area... there you'll see the lobby doors. Other then that... my stay was great... the staff was very nice and informative. Would definitely stay here again... location is great for old Town. Thanks Bern!!

Clean room, basic but useable, good location for old town

Nicely located on the outskirts of old town Tallinn. We'll stocked grocery store across the street. Near the bus routes. Margit was pleasant and helpful.

Unbelievable value. Clean, friendly, quiet. Perfectly located for the Old Town, Harbour and key tram lines. Second visit and I’ll be back a third time.

I honestly had a great experience. The room was very well maintained and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was also excellent, very well connected to shops and public transport.

The best part of the property are the staff. It’s always scary visiting a new place and having a nice welcoming staff makes an entire country feel different. The hotel itself was everything I needed, it was clean, right near old city center, near transit, and accessible to everything. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
