The hotel itself was great, it was clean and neat. But the elevators were under repair/construction and this lead to wait times in the hallway sometimes lasting up to 15 minutes for an elevator. Once you were able to get on an elevator it was super crowded because everyone was tired of waiting and would cram into the elevators. The staff offered no warning, apologies or compensation for the issues. The hallways were also extremely warm while standing and waiting.

Normally, we go there swimming, gambling and we like the restaurants. However, these few times we had inconveniences with current construction or remodeling. We had to use the elevator to the 7th floor and only one was working creating customers to wait to their rooms between 15-30min. In addition, the AC was running on and off on a 2 mi Ute interval and was noisy. Difficult to fall to sleep.

Didn’t like it at all. Elevators were out of order, loud indoor construction, dirty room and either paper thin walls or extremely loud people next door, blaring their music and talking, laughing until 4:00am.

The staff was great. The facility was going through construction so it was a bit loud and inconvenient. The room was clean. Valet was great.

Lots of construction. Thought we were getting a renovated room and we got one of the old rooms.

Air conditioning to bad to noise

Rusty shower and bathtub, creaking bathroom door so bad.. old rusty bath sink. No soy air conditioning and too close to bed that bed ended up damp from moisture.. we were visiting for tournament so we only sleep in there but it was not a great place to rest. Unless there is nothing else to stay i would try again.

Everything was great until we slept in those horrible uncomfortable beds very lumpy and in the morning the coffee shop had no coffee

Just stayed one night pool was great and staff was friendly

Very clean and not very smokey.
