Overall, our stay would have been much better if the beds had been in good condition. Unfortunately, they were very uncomfortable, and we were unable to get a good night’s sleep. I hope they can replace or maintain them to improve the comfort of future guests.

Rhe front des staff was anazing

Budget friendly clean place to stay . You can cover most of the attraction by 15 to 20 mins walk. Great spread of breakfast . Room was small and tight . No closet but well planned space saving rod with hangers to hang clothes . Decent and clean bathroom.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms need upgrading.

First of all great location and the breakfast was delicious ,but poor guest service though. It all began when i checked in, it wasn’t really a pleasant experience, no greetings just did the part of filling up information and handed over the key to me which is okay because the assistant might have had a rough shift but the real concern was regarding the room cleanliness, bedsheet had a blood/semen looking stain, damage toilet bowl and unfortunately i noticed all these in the middle of night right before i went to bed. The question would be why i didn’t let them know in advance. I was not a in a state to talk or move into another room , i was pretty hammered and tired from long drive and had couple of drinks at niagara valley, my intention was just to have a good night sleep because i had other activities booking early in the morning at niagara. It didn’t even end there I spoke to the property manager about my concerns and showed pictures while checking out the room. He blamed me for not letting them know. He didn’t even care to ask me why! There were other customers over there and he didn’t do anything about my concerns kept saying I could’ve called him instead of taking pictures and on top of this i heard them laughing at me for complaining on my way back to my car. Really apologize for this long message but my weekend vacation got ruined by this single incident. I already spoke to choice management about this and can submit pictures upon request. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable

Underneath of the bed is so dirty and dusty water filter for coffee maker is disgusting i need to take it off before using it.

Probably the best experience I've ever had at a hotel. Staff was top tier. Had an issue with our room staff fixed it immediately without hesitation.

There is a weird smell in the room and hallway. Good selection of breakfast
