Older hotel that could benefit from upgrading. For showering, despite pulling the lever to trigger only the shower head, the main faucet also had water coming out. Despite the AC being on the coldest setting, the room was still warm overnight. Elevators are slow and at times loud. The hotel is conveniently located to pike place and is walkable and safe. Across the street is a pizza place which was very convenient. Check in/out was quick and the staff were nice. Parking is expensive -

These folks were so very helpful; went above and beyond. Thanks folks!

Very clean and nice hotel

When we walked in the front door, there was nothing there. An old empty desk but that’s it. We walked over to the elevator and were a bit confused and then another guest standing there said we had to go to the 7 (?) floor to lobby. It would have been nice if there was big sign telling customers where the lobby was instead of standing there looking around stupidly.

Clean room nice stay no problems no hassle

Friendly staff, clean property and the location makes it easy to walk around Seattle.

Very large clean and modern room. Comfortable bed and loved the bathroom! Close walk to Pike’s Market.

Great location, excellent breakfast and helpful staff! :) Would definitely come back!

Be aware on this place Manager is not available Staff is rude Restaurants charges You mutiple time on same card You clearly say your order and then they mess up after that they charge for next replacement Place is old No on is at front desk you have to go all way to lift and then figure out where they at Property is a shared property and a old hotel Better skip and book some where elese

The elevator from the parkade was out of order which would have been helpful, but I don't think that was the hotels fault
