Our room was clean, comfortable and modern. The shower could have used a little bit more water pressure. The staff was very attentive and helpful. However, we had checked in through Hotels.com and we were given a specific room number, but then the clerk at the checking counter gave us different room. Not sure which room would have been better, but the one we got was somewhat noisy due to being in close proximity to the elevator. We kept hearing rumbling sounds all night.

The interior of hotel was excellent. The art glass displays added elegance. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, the hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to museums and public transit.

極佳 Very good stay for 3 nights at Levante Hotel. The hotel is very well situated, super close to metro, trams, restaurants, and grocery stores.
The hotel itself is very pleasant, better than some other hotels we stayed at during our trip. The only improvements could be higher quality shampoo/conditioner to suit the hotel better, and maybe less music at the hotel restaurant so it is more quiet. Would stay again, staff was all great.

Nice hotel situated in a nice area. Some issues with lack of electrical plugs and poor heat and light controls. All power, including the refrigerator goes off when you remove your card, meaning that any food or drink left in the fridge is not cooled.
