Excellent location to stay at outside of the city center. I would strongly recommend this to any Americans coming to visit as they have a wonderful pool and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Also the shuttle from the airport to the hotel is fast and convenient.

The stay was ok. Stayed here mainly because it was close to the airport. With our party of 4, they charged extra for breakfast and for the shuttle…it was easier for us to take a taxi. We had 2 rooms and one was way warmer than the other, but they didn’t allow us to move rooms. Restaurant was just ok.

I love the front desk ! I love the free shuttle from the airport ( order in advance ( I love the distance to the airport (10min) and not too far from main Rome ( 40 min took us ) Taxi was available in 2 min. Breakfast was amazing. We also included dinner in our booking ( steak was not good - we had 4 orders twice so no quality meat ) but chicken and pasta were great . Pool was great . Supper recommended as. Good deal including breakfast , dinner and one time shuttle! ( Note - you need to pay to go to the airport and irs got limited hours ! ))

Property was good, rooms were relatively clean and the pool area was nice. Need to wear caps to swim, but they are provided. Prices were high for food and drinks. We booked a room with 2 queen beds and we got 2 double beds which was annoying, but the absolute worst of all is we suffered of heat all night. The “a/c”, if you can even call it that, was controlled by the hotel and not in each room. Awful heat all night, none of us slept. Would not return.

This hotel worked well for us. The staff was able to help us with a shuttle service. Food and the restaurant was delicious.

The front desk are not very friendly, no smile and they have stoned face. Theres the communication barrier that they can not explain the breakdown of the bill, so i have to come back to ask for itemized bill which is still can not provide, so i have to figure it out. Then they speak Italian in front which it sounds like they talking about a customer. The room is very hot, i can understand it was 98 degrees outside but night time i would expect it to be cooler. The carpet is very outdated and smelly. And for their location that is not accessible to any restaurant or fastfood, i wished they have small convenient store for late night dinner or snacks.
