Had a nice time.

Right downtown. Walk to anything. Super comfortable bed. Convenient restaurant and bar right on main level.

Spacious, within walking distance to pretty much everything- shopping and restaurants…and most importantly, just right across the street, the Banff High School, the Roam bus stop for our Superpass tickets to both Lake Louise & Moraine Lake….

Maintenance is lacking…at least in our room…the doors look like they’ve been around for the past 50 years and just painted (poorly), the shaving mirror looks like it’s ready to fall off the wall, the exhaust vent in the washroom is the original…again looking 50 years old, the heating baseboard is falling apart……although they have done upgrades they failed in not completing them (likely to reduce costs). The main entrance and amenities are excellent and recently upgraded giving you the impression when you walk in that it’s a great hotel, but failed when it comes to the rooms. Overall I was not impressed, especially for the price they’re charging.

Excellent location, restaurant on site , also offers free E bike rental. Loved our stay
